To achieve the above objective Standfast Precision Engineering Ltd have adopted the following policies:

• The principles of ISO 9001:2008 International Standard
• Equipment to be continually kept updated
• Suitable training for employees
• Systems for measuring the core processes shall be established

This policy is supported by documented objectives. These will form the agenda for Management Review Meetings.

It is the responsibility of each employee to be accountable for the work they do and to contribute to the continual improvement of the Quality Management Systems.
